Booking Policy

For the record. This page is kept as it was written while the E3 Business Awards was running. It is no longer open for entries, bookings or sponsorship.

Once You Have Booked

Confirmation of your booking and an invoice will be sent to you shortly after receipt of your booking with payment. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 1 week, please email bookings@e3businessawards.co.uk or call 01254 790786.

Seat/Table reservation – seat(s) / table(s) will be held for a maximum period of 14 days. If payment is not received within this period then the reservation will be cancelled.

No provisional or telephone bookings can be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing. Those received by 5pm on Friday 7th June 2019 will be given a full refund. 1 Events Media regrets that we cannot give refunds for cancellations after this date. Named substitutes are very welcome and must be made in writing 14 days prior to the event.

All bookings will be dealt on a first come, first served basis.
